Internal Regulations
Article 5 of Decree 10/21 provides for the “Principle of free access and stay”

The management of each establishment may lay down internal rules governing the use of services and facilities, which are binding on guests at the tourist accommodation. Any breach of these rules that may disrupt normal coexistence, or jeopardise the safety or physical integrity of other guests or the establishment’s staff, shall constitute sufficient grounds for the termination of the accommodation contract.

Natural or legal persons who are the owners of tourist accommodation businesses may request the assistance of the authorities to remove from their establishment any persons who fail to comply with the usual rules of social coexistence and to prevent access by those who seek to enter for purposes other than the peaceful enjoyment of the service provided or the activity carried out. In compliance with and pursuant to the aforementioned Decree-Law, this hotel has drawn up these Internal Regulations, which set out the rules that must be observed by all guests of the establishment.

Terms and Conditions of Admission

This hotel is, for all intents and purposes, considered a public establishment; however, admission or continued stay may be refused:

Due to a lack of accommodation capacity.

For engaging in behaviour that may pose a danger or cause a nuisance to other people, whether guests or not, or that hinders the normal running of the business.

For failing to meet the admission requirements.

Admission Requirements

A prerequisite for using a hotel room is to complete the admission form correctly upon arrival at the Hotel; at that time, you will be informed of your rights and obligations as a guest, as well as the existence of these Internal Regulations.

When completing the admission form, you must present an official form of identification. Once completed, you will be given a copy of the form, which will state your name, room number, the number of people occupying the room, the check-in and check-out dates, and the meal plan booked.

Rights

As a customer, you have the following rights:

To receive accurate, sufficient, comprehensible and unambiguous information prior to booking your accommodation, as well as details of the full final price, including taxes. To obtain the documents setting out the terms of the contract.

To have access to our establishment in accordance with the terms of the contract.

To receive the services under the agreed conditions.

To have your safety and that of your belongings, as well as your privacy, duly guaranteed at our hotel, and to be informed of any issues that might disrupt your rest and peace of mind.

To receive information about any facilities or services that pose a risk and the safety measures in place.

To receive an invoice or receipt for the amount paid for the services provided.

To make complaints and claims, and to obtain information on the procedure for submitting them and how they will be handled.

To consult the terms of the privacy policy published on our website https://www.hoteldonpancho.es/

Obligations

As a guest, you are obliged to:

Observe the rules of conduct and hygiene.

Comply with these house rules.

Comply with the agreed check-out date from the Establishment and vacate the room. To pay for the services booked upon presentation of the invoice or within the agreed timeframe; the fact of lodging a complaint does not exempt you from payment. To respect this Establishment, its facilities and its equipment. To respect the environment.

Booking

All bookings must include the dates of the stay, the number and type of rooms with their meal plan, the cancellation policy and any additional services booked; they must also state the total price and a breakdown for each of these items, unless the booking has been offered as a package at an agreed all-inclusive price.

Payment

The hotel may request a deposit prior to payment for services booked, covering both the total cost and any extras. A cancellation period for the booking will be set, after which the deposit will not be refunded.

Failure by the guest to make payment when required for any service provided by the hotel, including any extras enjoyed at the hotel, will result in the termination of the accommodation service, and the police may be called upon to enforce and carry out the vacating of the room.

Period of occupancy

As a guest, you are entitled to occupy the room from 16:00 on the first day of the booked period until 12:00 on the day specified as the check-out date. In any case, you may access the communal facilities of our establishment from the moment of your arrival.

Unless otherwise agreed, extending your stay in the room beyond the contracted period will result in an obligation to pay the amount set for ‘late checkout’.

Number of people per room

Unregistered guests may not be accommodated, nor may the number of people in each room exceed the capacity allocated by the company and/or agreed upon. Visitors are not permitted in the rooms.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who takes responsibility for them.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

For those services provided by the establishment that are intended for both customers and the general public, access and/or continued presence will be denied to individuals in the following circumstances: The established capacity has been reached.

Closing time has passed.

Where a person displays violent behaviour, in particular where they behave aggressively or provoke disturbances, create dangerous situations or cause a nuisance, or show a lack of respect towards staff or other customers.

Where a person fails to meet minimum hygiene standards.

Where the person is using drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having used them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviour of being intoxicated.

It shall also be grounds for expulsion where the person causes wilful damage to the premises, or causes a disturbance and/or commotion.

However, in the cases described above, the person remains liable for any costs incurred up to the point at which they were barred from entering or remaining on the premises.
